Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Conduct branch visits to perform compliance reviews, process assessments, and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) testing.
Perform off-site reviews of branches and banking processes as required.
Complete assigned reviews and scheduled tasks within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain proper records of reviews, including relevant populations and samples where applicable.
Assist branches in correcting identified issues and support relevant staff in implementing corrective actions.
Conduct closing meetings with branch management to discuss identified deviations and discrepancies.
Prepare compliance review reports for submission to the Manager or Unit Head.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking operations, internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and training to branch staff during review visits when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager, Unit Head, or Department Head.

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
