An excellent career opportunity is available for the position of Executive – Inventory Control in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring effective inventory management across retail stores.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, or Retail Operations.
Experience in the retail industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across retail stores.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory.
Monitor stock movements, transfers, adjustments, and replenishment activities.
Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.
Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions and adjustments.
Monitor inventory shrinkage and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
