🎓 Qualification:

• Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

• Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) is preferred.

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.

💼 Experience Required:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Environment, Health & Safety.

• Experience in construction and project safety is preferred.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Zero Accident and Zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) targets.

• Promote EHS culture across retail centres and construction projects.

• Maintain and analyze EHS dashboards, reports, and records.

• Update EHS procedures, plans, and standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

• Ensure EHS training and induction compliance.

• Develop EHS policies, procedures, and awareness campaigns.

• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance.
