Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a responsible, caring, and dedicated female candidate for the position of Warden Female at Aghosh Lahore (Girls). The selected candidate will help ensure the effective management of the residential facility while promoting the safety, discipline, personal development, and emotional well-being of resident children.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Administrator in the daily management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
Ensure the safety, discipline, holistic care, and emotional well-being of all resident children.
Supervise daily routines and ensure compliance with the approved timetable.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support the smooth operation of the facility.
Monitor students' behavior and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Manage inventory and ensure effective implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
At least one year of relevant experience.
Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to supervise residents responsibly and maintain discipline.
A caring, professional, and trustworthy attitude toward children's welfare.
