Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Conduct compliance reviews and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) testing at assigned branches.
Prepare comprehensive review reports for submission to the Unit Head – Compliance Assurance.
Supervise and support the Compliance Assurance team in completing assigned reviews.
Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating compliance checklists and review procedures.
Ensure all scheduled reviews and assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Support branches in addressing identified compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation and records of reviews, including relevant populations and samples where applicable.
Conduct closing meetings with branch management to discuss identified deviations and discrepancies.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of banking operations, internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to branch staff during compliance reviews, where required.
Deliver necessary guidance and training to Compliance Assurance team members.
Promote effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across assigned branches.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Professional Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit

Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
