Riphah International University is hiring Manager / Senior Manager – HR

🎓 Required Qualification

- Master’s / MBA degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from an HEC-recognized local or international institute.

💼 Required Experience

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience at managerial or senior level in Human Capital / Human Resources.

🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise

• Human Capital Management (HCM) operations and data analytics.

• Knowledge of labour and employment laws.

• Familiarity with HR systems and SAP HCM.

• Knowledge of Pakistan’s labour laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and work across diverse education and healthcare business units.

• SHRM/CIPD certification and SAP HCM knowledge will be preferred.
