Bachelor's degree preferred.
Candidates with an Intermediate qualification may also be considered based on relevant experience.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in supermarket or retail operations.
Experience in grocery section management, stock handling, merchandising, and team supervision will be preferred.

Manage the daily operations of the Grocery Section to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise shelf boys and ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and timely replenishment.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse for timely restocking.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and regularly check product expiry dates.
Maintain planograms, product pricing, shelf labels, and merchandising standards.
Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline throughout the grocery section.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and near-expiry products.
Coordinate with store management and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety standards.
Prepare daily reports on stock availability, sales, and overall section performance.
