Job Description

Location: Pakistan (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi)

Job Responsibilities

Work as part of the Agency Banking Corporate Sales & Distribution team to onboard new software houses, technology firms, and startups.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key officials in technology SMEs and private technology organizations.
Open retention accounts for existing software houses, facilitate HAW accounts for employees, cross-sell existing banking products, and open freelancer accounts for consultants.
Identify how HBL Express corporate products can improve organizational efficiency and transparency, and develop customized sales pitches.
Notify relevant sales and segment teams about RFPs and EOIs related to corporate solutions and facilitate the preparation of responses.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding and execution, including the submission of required legal and other documentation.
Negotiate commercial terms while keeping HBL's revenue and profitability targets in view.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize products according to client requirements.
Develop strategies to target private organizations for corporate banking products.
Lead regional sales teams in targeting organizations for segment-specific sales.
Achieve regional revenue targets for corporate solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Master's degree from a reputable institute.

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in the banking industry.
