💼 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly branch deposit targets, including New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers, with a focus on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) growth.

• Meet assigned cross-functional business targets.

• Improve customer service turnaround times by promptly addressing complaints and inquiries.

• Enhance branch operational efficiency and improve quality assurance, First-Time-Right (FTR/FTC) performance, and audit ratings.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, and prudential regulations.

• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to improve productivity and overall performance.

• Drive sustainable business growth and maintain high service standards.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university or a foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years of banking experience, as specified in the official advertisement.
