Job Description

Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and lifelong learning in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of District Coordinator in Chiniot.

The selected candidate will support education-related programs, coordinate field activities, monitor school-level initiatives, and collaborate with government departments, educational partners, and local communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Relevant experience in education programs, school management, field coordination, monitoring, or community engagement.
Experience coordinating with government departments or education partners.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

Coordinate, plan, and monitor district-level education activities.
Conduct regular field visits and follow up on school-level initiatives.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and manage program data.
Collaborate professionally with school teams, communities, government officials, and partner organizations.
Use MS Office and digital data management and reporting systems.
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability.
