Degree Requirement: Bachelor Honours (16 years of education)

HBL is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Advanced Data Analytics to develop and implement advanced analytics, predictive modelling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The role will support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the Bank.

The successful candidate will translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions while collaborating with Business, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement predictive and machine learning models for customer, product, transaction, and operational use cases.
Identify and implement AI/ML solutions to improve operational efficiency, detect anomalies, identify fraud indicators, and optimize processes.
Manage analytical models throughout their lifecycle, from concept and development to validation, implementation, and monitoring.
Conduct advanced statistical analysis, segmentation, forecasting, classification, regression, and customer behaviour analytics.
Develop management and executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent business intelligence tools.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations for senior management.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to operationalize models and analytical solutions.
Identify analytics opportunities across Retail, Operations, Product, Risk, and other business functions.
Monitor implemented models for performance, accuracy, and business impact.
Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning, or Business Intelligence.
Proven experience implementing predictive or machine learning models in real business environments.
Experience in banking or financial services will be preferred.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
Solid understanding of predictive modelling, machine learning, and statistics.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and dashboard development.
Strong knowledge of data preparation, feature engineering, and data modelling.
Understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and model deployment concepts.
Exposure to AI/Generative AI, MLOps, or cloud analytics platforms will be an advantage.
