Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC-recognized local or international university, college, or institute.
Candidates holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field will be preferred.
Relevant professional certifications will also be an advantage.

2. Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, telecommunications, capital markets, fintech, or software houses.
At least 1 year of experience in Data Modeling and/or BI Solution Delivery.
Experience with BI solutions, data modeling, report and dashboard development, and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Erwin, or SQLDBM will be preferred.

3. Required Skills and Expertise

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Proficiency in Power BI, including reports, dashboards, and DAX.
Basic SQL knowledge and an understanding of data governance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to present BI insights and analytical findings clearly to technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to integrate, transform, and enrich data for reporting and insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
Handle ad hoc reporting requests and provide timely business insights.
Work with business units, IT teams, and management to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated on Power BI features and emerging analytics trends to support innovation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Selection Process

Only shortlisted candidates who strictly meet the specified eligibility criteria will be invited for an assessment test and/or panel interview.

Employment Terms and Benefits

Employment will be on a contractual basis for 3 years, with the possibility of renewal at Management’s discretion.
Selected candidates will receive compensation and other benefits according to the Bank’s policies and rules.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
