Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is hiring Manager Network Security Operations

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Manager Network Security Operations in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for network security planning, implementation of security controls, stakeholder coordination, technical evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Bank's network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal customers and business teams to analyze requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.

• Develop and maintain technology plans with IT groups and business partners to integrate network security solutions into HBL's existing network infrastructure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to coordinate project timelines, integration activities, and successful project delivery.

2. Network Security Controls

• Deploy and implement network security controls in accordance with the Bank's information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Manage the penetration testing process.

• Oversee the access control process.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Review audit objections and ensure their resolution in accordance with PCI-DSS compliance recommendations to strengthen network security.

4. People Management

• Supervise, motivate, and guide project team members to ensure the timely delivery of project tasks within the required quality standards and budget.

5. Technical Evaluation

• Conduct technical evaluations of annual maintenance arrangements, equipment maintenance, and service-level agreements for network services.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Certified Network Professional qualification is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
