Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Agri will be responsible for promoting agricultural financing products, managing agricultural credit portfolios, achieving business targets, acquiring deposits, and ensuring timely loan recovery. The role also involves coordinating credit proposals, monitoring agricultural clients, and supervising team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market agricultural credit products, including government-subsidized financing schemes.

• Achieve assigned agricultural financing and deposit acquisition targets.

• Manage the collection and recovery of assigned agricultural credit portfolios.

• Prepare agricultural credit proposals and submit them for approval within the required turnaround time.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies in credit proposals.

• Complete post-approval formalities and facilitate the issuance of disbursement advice.

• Coordinate loan limit processing and ensure timely disbursement of agricultural financing.

• Conduct periodic stock inspections and client visits and submit reports as required.

• Initiate loan settlement proposals and coordinate the release of security documents.

• Ensure timely review and renewal of credit facilities.

• Monitor insurance renewals, asset valuations, and pending credit requirements.

• Maintain proper credit files, documentation, and records.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.

• Perform other duties assigned by the relevant department head.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• 2–4 years of relevant banking experience.

• Maximum age of 55 years as of the application date.

• Candidates with relevant agricultural credit, banking sales, and portfolio management experience are encouraged to apply.
