Job Description

Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager Utilities & HVAC to oversee critical utilities, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plant facilities while ensuring reliable operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the reliable operation and maintenance of critical utilities, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and plant facilities.
Ensure pharmaceutical HVAC and other utilities operate in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Improve equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
Champion EHS compliance, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives focused on energy conservation, water efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction.
Lead utility projects and implement WCM methodologies to improve operational excellence and cost efficiency.
Provide leadership to teams and contractors, promoting safety, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institute.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Strong energy management knowledge and the ability to identify energy-saving and carbon footprint reduction opportunities.
Knowledge of project management and WCM methodologies will be an added advantage.
