Job Description

Zong is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager Network Analytics and Experience Improvement to support network performance analysis, data-driven decision-making, and customer experience improvement. The successful candidate will work with Marketing, Commercial, and Technical teams to identify network issues, develop analytical solutions, and improve overall network quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and network challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.

  • Conduct complex data gathering, processing, analysis, and reporting.

  • Analyze revenue, forecasting, network performance, and customer experience metrics.

  • Develop analytical, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve network quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and improve data science models according to business requirements.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards for data visualization and reporting.

  • Present analytical findings and business recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Support effective decision-making through quantitative analysis and performance insights.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

- Preferably 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning.

  • Experience with databases and Big Data technologies, including Hadoop.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and reporting tools.

  • Understanding of telecommunications KPIs and tools such as Huawei SmartCare.

  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and C++.
