Job Description

Packages Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager ERP – HR in Lahore. The selected candidate will support and enhance the SAP module in line with business requirements, coordinate with users, and contribute to system improvements and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP modules according to business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and translate functional specifications into system designs and workflows.
Lead UAT preparation and execution with business users.
Provide training, documentation, and process-handling support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration.
Contribute to business process mapping and identify opportunities for SAP tools.
Escalate and resolve critical functional issues proactively.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

ACCA, MBA, BBA, BS (CS/Engineering), or an equivalent qualification.
SAP certification in the relevant domain is preferred.

Experience:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

Good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with teams.
Knowledge of SAP configuration and business process workflows.
Functional analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
