Job Description

Allied Bank Limited is seeking motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Officer. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving business targets, and developing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales activities and achieve monthly targets for CASA deposits.
Promote consumer banking products.
Drive cross-selling initiatives to increase business opportunities.
Promote mutual fund products.
Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, business trends, and regulatory requirements.
Develop knowledge of banking operations, internal controls, trade finance, and related banking functions.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Commerce or Business.

CGPA / Division:

Minimum CGPA of 2.5 or 2nd Division.
For percentage-based grading systems, at least 45% marks in the graduation degree are required.

Age Limit:

- Maximum 35 years.

Experience:

Previous experience is not mandatory.
Candidates with experience in deposit mobilization and sales will be preferred.

- All major cities across Pakistan.
