Department: Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Pharma

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets within the specified timeframe.

• Implement marketing strategies and execute them effectively in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas.

• Develop product knowledge and selling skills among team members.

• Coordinate with distributors and Key Account Managers.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales KPIs.

• Prepare regular reports on market intelligence and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Experience:

• Overall 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 3 years of managerial sales experience.

• Prior experience working with a Gynaecology/Surgery portfolio.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience in team development and performance management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
