Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for its Sialkot branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving financial targets, expanding loan and deposit portfolios, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills, along with relevant experience in banking or microfinance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead branch operations to achieve financial and customer service targets.
Develop strategies to increase loan disbursements and deposit acquisition.
Maintain a healthy balance between loans and deposits to achieve branch self-funding.
Manage branch expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
Perform credit-related duties and facilitate loan approvals.
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities.
Ensure timely branch opening, closing, and uninterrupted customer services.
Manage loan recovery and collection activities to minimize defaults and losses.
Ensure accurate financial transactions, cash management, and reconciliations.
Train and develop branch staff to improve performance and leadership skills.
Prepare the branch for internal, external, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) audits.
Maintain the bank's reputation by ensuring compliance, operational integrity, and high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.
MBA will be preferred, subject to approval.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
