BOP invites applications from experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Manager – Employee Engagement & Wellness in its Strategic HR Planning & OD Division.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage the annual employee engagement and wellness calendar in line with the bank’s culture and organizational goals.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and corporate events.
Organize health awareness sessions, wellness campaigns, and employee well-being initiatives.
Identify and coordinate with healthcare professionals, medical experts, and wellness service providers.
Manage event planning, logistics, vendors, employee communications, participation tracking, and post-event evaluations.
Prepare and manage budgets for engagement activities, wellness programs, and health awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and other departments to deliver effective engagement programs.
Coordinate with external vendors, healthcare providers, and service partners.
Develop communication strategies to increase employee awareness and participation.
Monitor employee feedback and participation trends to improve program effectiveness.
Maintain reports, records, and dashboards covering activities, budgets, participation, and outcomes.
Support initiatives that enhance employee experience, workplace culture, and overall well-being.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or an accredited foreign university.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the banking or non-banking sector.
Preference will be given to candidates experienced in employee engagement activities and corporate event management.

Age Limit:

Maximum 55 years as of October 29, 2026.
