Job Responsibilities

Manage distributors and trade operations within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales growth, volume targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Improve product visibility and competitiveness in retail stores.
Coordinate operational planning and execution with distributors and customers.
Negotiate joint business plans with customers.
Plan efficient distribution routes and optimize sales operations.
Support digital transformation initiatives within the territory.
Monitor business profitability, gross margins, and financial performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Required Skills

Strong business and financial understanding.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
Strong market knowledge and field sales capabilities.
Strategic planning and execution skills.
Awareness of competitors and market trends.
Leadership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
