Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Associate Digital Payments – DFS. The successful candidate will support digital financial services, liquidity management, transaction processing, financial reconciliation, and payment operations to ensure smooth and efficient banking services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

💳 Manage agent liquidity and fund transfers, including bulk disbursements, commissions, and JazzCash replenishments.
📊 Prepare and maintain MIS reports and transaction records for management.
🏦 Monitor fund balances in correspondent banks and coordinate with Finance and Treasury departments.
📑 Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
💰 Maintain sufficient funds for agent payments, cash disbursements, and digital financial services.
🔄 Reconcile and balance settlement accounts on a daily basis.
🤝 Coordinate with MMBL branches, Finance, DFS teams, and correspondent banks.
🧾 Maintain accurate financial documentation and records for audit purposes.
📱 Support digital payment services, including Nano Loans and B2B transactions.
🛠️ Resolve customer complaints, pending transactions, reversals, and payment-related issues.
📈 Process franchise credit postings, commission payments, and applicable tax refunds.
✅ Perform additional duties assigned by the line manager.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

I.Com, B.Com, BBA, MBA, or M.Com.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of financial postings, balance sheet accounts, receivables, payables, taxes, and financial transactions.
Understanding of liquidity management, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain financial records, and coordinate with multiple departments.
