The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is one of Pakistan’s rapidly growing banks, with over 35 years of banking experience and a network of more than 900 real-time online branches and ATMs nationwide. The bank provides a wide range of banking services and advanced financial solutions to its customers.

BOP is inviting experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals to join its Agriculture Credit Division as Team Leader – Agri in Lahore.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage sales and marketing of agricultural credit products, including government-subsidized schemes.
Achieve assigned agricultural financing and deposit procurement targets.
Monitor collection and recovery of the assigned loan portfolio.
Initiate agricultural credit proposals and submit them for approval within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve discrepancies in credit proposals.
Ensure completion of post-approval formalities and documentation for loan disbursement.
Coordinate with relevant departments for credit limit entry and timely loan disbursement.
Conduct periodic stock inspections and client visits and submit reports according to approved requirements.
Initiate loan settlement proposals and arrange the release of security documents.
Ensure timely renewal and review of credit facilities and related documentation.
Monitor insurance renewals, asset valuations, and rectification of pending exceptions.
Maintain proper credit files, records, and documentation.
Supervise team performance and ensure achievement of individual and overall business targets.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
Perform other duties assigned by the relevant department heads.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Preference will be given to candidates with an Agriculture-related degree.

Experience:

Minimum 7–9 years of professional experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:

Maximum 55 years on the date of application.
