Bank of Khyber is inviting applications for the position of Talent Acquisition within its Human Resourcing Division (HRDG) at its Head Office in Peshawar. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment operations, employer branding, compliance, and recruitment analytics to support effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.

  • Ensure timely recruitment and quality hiring, particularly for senior and critical positions.

  • Manage sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.

2. Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, career fairs, and university networks.

  • Strengthen the organization's employer image and support effective talent attraction.

3. Policy, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, recruitment SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Address audit observations and ensure adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and internal control standards.

4. Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics

  • Maintain an accurate recruitment database and updated talent pool.

  • Prepare regular management information system (MIS) reports on hiring status, time-to-hire (TAT), cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Develop recruitment dashboards and analytics to support management reviews and decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within a commercial bank.
