Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional for the position of Relationship Officer Asset at its Bhakkar Branch. The selected candidate will support business growth by promoting loan products, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.

  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers to promote loan products.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while following the bank's policies and ethical standards.

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and untapped markets.

  • Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.

  • Explain loan products, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.

  • Conduct physical verification of prospective borrowers.

  • Ensure timely loan repayments through regular customer follow-ups and proactive collection activities.

  • Handle customers' legal documents carefully and securely.

  • Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through authorized bank channels.

  • Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to the line manager.

  • Conduct customer meetings according to the relevant product guidelines.

  • Ensure loan processing and booking comply with bank policies and procedures.

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and improve business performance.

  • Maintain service quality and promote positive customer experiences.

  • Report suspected fraud, irregularities, or potential financial losses to the relevant management.

  • Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

  • MBA qualification will be preferred.

  • Preferably 0–1 year of experience in a relevant field.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • Willingness to conduct field visits and customer verification activities.

  • Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with banking procedures.
