💼 Experience: At least 10 years of coaching experience with Elite National/Domestic-level cricket teams

📋 Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement game plans and match strategies.
Plan and evaluate pre- and post-tournament preparations.
Improve team performance and international rankings.
Enhance players’ fitness standards in coordination with support staff.
Develop individual cricket skills and maintain consistent performance.
Build a sustainable team culture aligned with international requirements.
Help the team achieve excellence in international competitions.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
At least 10 years of proven coaching experience at the elite national or domestic level.
Experience preparing cricketers to meet international standards.
Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
Expertise in team planning and individual skill development.
Ability to monitor and evaluate performance using international best practices.
Ability to establish and monitor KPIs for players and coaches.
Excellent leadership and management abilities.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
