• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, M.Com, or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics; CA, ACCA, ACMA, CIA, CBA, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university or relevant recognized body.

• 💼 Experience: 4–7 years of experience in banking or non-banking audit, finance, or related roles.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments within approved timelines and prepare audit reports for review.

• Conduct risk-based audits and assess internal controls, policies, procedures, and corporate governance practices.

• Prepare audit engagement plans and ensure proper documentation of audit activities.

• Review audit samples, working papers, and the performance of team members.

• Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and significant audit risks.

• Discuss audit observations with relevant departments and obtain management responses.

• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational effectiveness.

• Escalate critical audit findings to management through the relevant Unit Head.

• Validate audit exceptions identified during internal, external, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) audits.

• Coach and guide team members to improve audit quality and efficiency.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must possess a relevant degree or professional qualification.

• Candidates should have 4–7 years of relevant experience in auditing, finance, banking, or related fields.

• Applicants must be aged 55 years or below as of the application date.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CA firms and expertise in audit policy development or refinement.
