📝 Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset for its Skardu location. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting financial products, achieving sales targets, and managing loan-related activities while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business growth targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell banking products, particularly loan and financing solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical business practices and bank SOPs.
Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
Explain product features, terms, and conditions to customers.
Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive customer follow-ups and collection activities.
Handle customers' legal documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.
Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through authorized bank cash counters.
Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
Arrange regular customer meetings according to product requirements.
Ensure loan processing and booking comply with bank policies and procedures.
Stay updated on banking products and services and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report suspected fraudulent activities or potential financial losses to the concerned management.
Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.
