• Maintain smooth production flow and minimize operational interruptions.

• Monitor equipment control systems, alarms, and performance.

• Identify and report equipment faults or mechanical issues.

• Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Follow food safety, GMP, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.

• Maintain production, cleaning, downtime, and operational records.

• Minimize product wastage, utility consumption, and equipment downtime.

• Support process improvements and production optimization.

• Ensure proper shift handovers and communicate operational updates.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

• Support internal audits and manufacturing compliance requirements.
