Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Asset for its Karachi DHA Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting asset financing products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan repayments while following the bank's policies and procedures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote and sell the bank's loan and financing products.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
Conduct physical verification of prospective loan applicants.
Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.
Ensure genuine lending practices and avoid unethical financing activities.
Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely recovery and collection.
Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the line manager.
Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling and security of customers' legal documents.
Follow banking policies, SOPs, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
Report suspected fraud and potential financial losses to management.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ethical business practices.
