Nishat Chunian Limited is looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage its US e-commerce store and expand digital marketing operations across the USA, Pakistan, and UAE.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Shopify operations, running paid advertising campaigns, developing email marketing strategies, and monitoring overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the TLC USA Shopify store, including products, collections, pricing, discounts, shipping settings, and website quality checks.

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Shopping/PMax, and TikTok.

• Manage TikTok and Snapchat advertising campaigns for Pakistan and UAE.

• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Brevo.

• Manage Google Merchant Center product feeds and resolve disapprovals.

• Coordinate US order fulfilment, returns, and customer queries with the operations team.

• Collaborate with the design team for advertising creatives and email designs.

• Prepare weekly performance reports covering ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, advertising spend, and email revenue.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.

• Practical experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

• Experience creating email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Brevo, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.

• Strong knowledge of Shopify administration.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and marketing performance metrics.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Willingness to work some evening hours to coordinate with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing US or international e-commerce stores.

• Knowledge of Snapchat Ads, Google Ads/PMax, and Google Merchant Center.

• Background in fashion, home, or textile brands.

• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing copy, creative development, and data analysis.
