Job Description

An excellent career opportunity is available for an experienced retail professional to join as a Regional Manager – Non-Food Fashion Retail. The selected candidate will oversee non-food retail operations across multiple stores, drive business growth, improve profitability, and ensure operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Experience:

8–10 years of relevant retail experience.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large retail chains will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee non-food operations across multiple stores to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and departmental performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, profit margins, inventory turnover, and stock shrinkage.
Ensure effective merchandising, product availability, category management, and display standards.
Supervise Store Managers, Floor Managers, and Department Managers to maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct regular store visits, evaluate performance, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Buying, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, and HR departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper inventory management, stock replenishment, and reduction of slow-moving and aging stock.
Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and compliance with company SOPs.
Identify business improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
