The Bank of Punjab is hiring Manager – Employee Engagement & Wellness

BOP is inviting applications from experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Manager – Employee Engagement & Wellness within its Human Resources Group.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing employee engagement strategies, managing wellness initiatives, and improving workplace culture and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual employee engagement and wellness calendars.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, corporate events, and wellness programs.

• Organize health awareness sessions, wellness campaigns, and employee well-being activities.

• Identify and coordinate with healthcare professionals, medical experts, and wellness service providers.

• Manage event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, employee communication, and participation tracking.

• Prepare and manage budgets for employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR teams, business units, and other departments to implement engagement programs.

• Coordinate with external vendors and healthcare providers for wellness services.

• Develop communication campaigns to increase employee participation.

• Monitor employee feedback and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Maintain reports, records, and dashboards for management review.

• Support initiatives that improve workplace culture and overall employee satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or an accredited foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience in the banking or non-banking sector.

• Preference will be given to candidates experienced in employee engagement activities and corporate event management.

Age Limit:

- Maximum 55 years as of 05 November 2026.
