Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, International Relations, or a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in the NGO/development sector, preferably managing international donor-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, implementation, and field operations.

• Oversee project monitoring, evaluation, and donor reporting.

• Coordinate with international partners and local stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets, procurement, and financial compliance.

• Facilitate partnership events, learning activities, and advocacy initiatives.

• Supervise project staff and ensure timely delivery of results.
