An excellent career opportunity for experienced HR professionals to work as a Senior Executive – HR HRBPs in Karachi. The selected candidate will support retail store management and operations teams by managing HR activities, employee engagement, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.

• Experience supporting multi-location retail operations and large frontline workforces.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for store management and operations teams.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail stores.

• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.

• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements in workforce productivity.

• Coordinate employee training, development, and succession planning programs.
