📌 Job Overview
Bank of Khyber is seeking an experienced and strategic banking professional for the position of Head of Institutional Sales & Employee Banking – RBG at its Head Office in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will lead institutional sales strategies, expand corporate banking relationships, and drive employee banking business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement strategies for Institutional Sales and Employee Banking to achieve business targets.
Acquire new institutional clients for payroll, salary disbursement, and corporate employee banking services.
2. Product Development & Cross-Selling
Collaborate with Product, Branch Banking, and Consumer Assets teams to develop customized employee banking solutions.
Drive cross-selling of retail banking products across the acquired institutional customer base.
3. Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives of target institutions.
Lead the team in developing a strong business pipeline across public-sector, private-sector, and multinational organizations.
🎓 Qualification & Education
Minimum qualification: Graduation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Banking, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.
💼 Experience & Requirements
Minimum 15 years of Commercial Banking experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a relevant senior or leadership position.
Islamic Banking experience will be an added advantage.
