Packages Group is hiring Assistant Manager – Planning

Job Type: Permanent
Reporting To: Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between Sales, Technical and Production departments to ensure timely order execution.

• Maintain and monitor production schedules.

• Manage raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished stock.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support operational excellence and productivity improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.

• Preferred disciplines include Industrial, Chemical, Polymer or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and process engineering, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Understanding of raw material planning and forecasting.

• Familiarity with Management Systems (MS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA.

• Good project management skills.
