Job Overview

A leading retail organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Section Executive to oversee daily section operations in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations of the assigned section.
Lead, guide, and monitor Section Executives, Sales Associates, and Shelf Boys.
Ensure proper product displays, shelf arrangements, and planogram implementation.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory levels.
Ensure proper handling of expired, damaged, and near-expiry products.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
Conduct regular stock checks and minimize inventory discrepancies.
Implement promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product signage.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with Store Management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Candidates with Intermediate qualification and relevant retail experience may also be considered.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and retail POS systems.
