BOP is inviting applications from experienced, motivated, and performance-oriented professionals for its Agriculture Credit Division under the Consumer Banking Group.

Job Responsibilities

Promote and market agriculture financing products, including government-subsidized schemes, to achieve assigned targets.
Generate deposits according to assigned business targets.
Manage loan portfolio recovery and collection activities.
Prepare and submit agriculture credit proposals for approval within निर्धारित timelines.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies in credit proposals.
Complete post-approval documentation and ensure timely issuance of disbursement advice.
Coordinate loan limit feeding and facilitate timely loan disbursement.
Conduct regular stock inspections and client visits and submit inspection reports.
Initiate loan settlement proposals and arrange the release of security documents.
Ensure timely renewal and review of credit facilities.
Monitor insurance renewals, valuations, and outstanding documentation.
Maintain proper credit files and documentation records.
Supervise team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Perform additional duties assigned by the relevant department heads.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience.

Age Limit:

Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
