United Charter Schools (UCS) is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional for the position of Senior Officer – Quality Assurance in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for site inspections, quality assessments, building plans, and ensuring that proposed school sites meet the organization's quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

DAE in Civil or Architecture with at least 3 years of experience, or BS in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in school operations will be preferred (minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of building inspections, architectural planning, and quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect proposed sites according to QA SOPs and prepare detailed reports on building conditions and suitability.
Guide clients regarding renovations, including building façades, logo walls, washrooms, colour schemes, and structural modifications.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams for site approvals and territory allocation.
Maintain QA reports, student strength data, OMS records, and monthly summaries.
Prepare accurate building layout plans for business partners.
Conduct distance evaluations using maps and demographic analysis.
Geo-tag proposed sites through Google Maps for territory planning.
Verify property documents, building layouts, and compliance reports.
Develop customized 2D/3D design renderings and space-utilization plans.
Prepare and present professional reports and presentations within deadlines.
