Officer Accounts

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (4 Years) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

Experience: Fresh candidates to 2 years of experience in an Accounts Department (as stated in the detailed job description).

Job Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain the Trial Balance.

• Ensure timely deposits of withholding tax, PRA tax, and EOBI contributions.

• Prepare and manage annual Imprest budgets and financial statements.

• Handle petty cash, accounts payable, vendor payments, and reimbursement claims.

• Process monthly payroll, staff allowances, and salary disbursement documentation.

• Manage EOBI registrations, monthly filings, salary tax certificates, and employee records.

• Maintain student fee challans, scholarship cases, student projections, and security refunds.

• Maintain fixed asset records, including reconciliations, GRNs, transfers, and disposal notes.

• Support school administration with procurement, stationery records, and CAPEX budgeting.

• Coordinate with CSO Finance, HR, Fixed Assets teams, and vendors.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of International Accounting Standards (IAS).

• Knowledge of taxation, EOBI, and Trial Balance.

• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

• Good planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Urdu.
