Senior Officer – Quality Assurance

United Charter Schools (UCS) is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional for the position of Senior Officer – Quality Assurance in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for site inspections, quality assessments, building plans, and ensuring that proposed school sites meet the organization's quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• DAE in Civil or Architecture with at least 3 years of experience, or BS in Civil Engineering.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in school operations will be preferred (minimum 1 year).

• Strong knowledge of building inspections, architectural planning, and quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect proposed sites according to QA SOPs and prepare detailed reports on building conditions and suitability.

• Guide clients regarding renovations, including building façades, logo walls, washrooms, colour schemes, and structural modifications.

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams for site approvals and territory allocation.

• Maintain QA reports, student strength data, OMS records, and monthly summaries.

• Prepare accurate building layout plans for business partners.

• Conduct distance evaluations using maps and demographic analysis.

• Geo-tag proposed sites through Google Maps for territory planning.

• Verify property documents, building layouts, and compliance reports.

• Develop customized 2D/3D design renderings and space-utilization plans.

• Prepare and present professional reports and presentations within deadlines.
