Qualification

Candidates should have either completed, or currently be enrolled in, one of the following degree programs:

• M.Phil. in Education
• Master of Education (M.Ed.)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction using innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies.
• Model professional teaching practices to provide student-teachers with meaningful classroom exposure.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members in developing:
  • Course outlines
  • Schemes of work
  • Lesson plans
  • Teaching and learning materials
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Observe colleagues' teaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning within the institution.
