Jr. Officer

🎯 Position Purpose

The Jr. Officer – Administration will support administrative operations, including canteen management, housekeeping, hostel maintenance, and transportation management at the site.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• 🍽️ Supervise canteen operations and verify canteen bills and coupons.

• 🧹 Ensure proper housekeeping of hostels and plant areas while coordinating with cleaning contractors.

• 🪑 Oversee the maintenance of hostel furniture.

• 🚐 Supervise the operation and utilization of the site's transport fleet and maintain relevant records.

• 📅 Prepare daily driver duty rosters and allocate vehicles.

• 📄 Coordinate the renewal of vehicle registration books, route permits, and fitness certificates through Head Office.

• 📑 Manage transport-related matters and correspondence with Head Office through the HOD.

• 💰 Verify and process transport bills for payment.

• ✅ Perform any other duties assigned by management.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in office administration and management.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
