Jr. Technical Officer Electrical

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking a skilled Jr. Technical Officer Electrical to handle in-house troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic cards, PCB boards, and control modules. The role aims to reduce outsourcing costs, improve repair turnaround time, ensure quality control, and strengthen internal technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic cards, PCB boards, and control modules.

• Diagnose and repair AC control cards, UPS systems, and power supply units.

• Repair and troubleshoot VFDs, soft starters, and related electrical equipment.

• Test and repair single-phase and three-phase welding plants.

• Perform component-level fault diagnosis, soldering, desoldering, and replacement of defective components.

• Maintain and repair HMI units, electronic control panels, and AC/DC controllers.

• Troubleshoot walkie-talkies and communication equipment.

• Repair, test, and calibrate electronic measuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.

• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and electronic schematics.

• Operate soldering stations, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, and PCB/BGA repair equipment.

• Handle multilayer PCB-level electronic card repairs.

• Maintain repair records and follow health, safety, and environmental standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• DAE in Electrical or Matriculation.

Experience:

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills & Competencies
