Assistant Manager Civil

Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: BS Civil Engineering

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager Civil to manage construction projects, facility maintenance, technical documentation, and civil engineering activities at its Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update construction project records, including bills, drawings, approvals, and technical documents.

• Supervise facility maintenance activities and new construction projects.

• Prepare, update, and maintain Civil CAD layouts and engineering drawings using project specifications.

• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, progress reports, and other technical documentation.

• Review and verify contractors' and vendors' bills and coordinate payment processing.

• Manage contractual matters and coordinate with relevant contractors and vendors.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, design and drawing reviews, layout preparation, BOQs, and reporting.

• Experience in the textile manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Required Skills:

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft Office

• Primavera P6

• Revit

• SketchUp

• Knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical elements.
