Executive – Inventory Control

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring effective inventory management across retail stores.

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in Inventory Control, Stock Management, or Retail Operations.

• Experience in the retail industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across retail stores.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess inventory.

• Monitor stock movements, transfers, adjustments, and replenishment activities.

• Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

• Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry inventory.

• Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions and adjustments.

• Monitor inventory shrinkage and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
