Section Executive – Food Court

The Section Executive – Food Court will be responsible for supervising daily food court operations, managing staff, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets in accordance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in food court, restaurant, or food and beverage operations.

• Supervisory experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food court operations and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, food wastage, and replenishment.

• Support the achievement of sales targets and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

• Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Ensure proper use of equipment and compliance with health and safety procedures.
