Job Description / Responsibilities

• Sales & KPI Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and Average Transaction Value (ATV) goals.

• Customer Consultation: Guide customers in selecting fragrances by explaining scent profiles, top, middle, and base notes, ingredients, and fragrance history.

• In-Store Display Management: Maintain clean and attractive product counters, tester bottles, and visual merchandising standards.

• Customer Relationship Management: Provide product samples, collect customer information for CRM and loyalty programs, and build long-term customer relationships.

• Cross-Selling: Recommend complementary bath, body, and home fragrance products to increase sales and average basket value.
